5.2. Payment for the ordered Goods can be made in the following ways:
Bank transfer to the Seller's account
Credit/debit card
Electronic payment systems (e.g., PayU, Przelewy24)
5.3. The Buyer must make the payment within 24 hours of placing the order.
6. Delivery Terms
6.1. Delivery of Goods is carried out within the territory of Poland.
6.2. The delivery cost is borne by the Buyer unless otherwise provided by the agreement.

7. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement

7.2. To exercise the right to withdraw from the agreement, the Buyer must notify the Seller of their decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
8. Complaints and Warranties
8.1. The Seller is responsible for physical and legal defects of the Goods in accordance with the applicable legislation.
8.2. Complaints regarding the Goods can be submitted by email to [email address] or in writing to [physical address].
8.3. Complaints will be considered within 24 working days from the date of their submission.
9. Personal Data Protection
9.1. The administrator of the Buyers' personal data is the Seller.

9.3. The Buyer has the right to access their data and correct it.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. This offer comes into force on 08.01.2024 and remains in effect until it is revoked.
10.2. All matters not regulated by this offer are governed by the provisions of Polish law, particularly the Civil Code.
10.3. All disputes arising from this offer will be resolved by the competent courts.
